Skilled sculptors handcraft a full-scale clay model, carefully refining every feature, texture, and proportion to achieve artistic accuracy before mould creation.

A high-precision mould is produced from the approved clay sculpture, ensuring every detail is preserved for durable and consistent FRP production.
Premium fiberglass and resin are layered inside the mould using industry-standard techniques to create a lightweight, weather-resistant, and structurally strong sculpture.

Surface Finishing
The raw casting is trimmed, assembled, sanded, and refined. Every joint and surface is perfected to achieve a flawless finish before painting begins.
Professional-grade primers, automotive paints, metallic finishes, or natural textures are applied to bring the sculpture to life while ensuring long-lasting outdoor durability.

Quality Inspection
Every sculpture undergoes a comprehensive quality check for dimensions, structural strength, finish, color consistency, and craftsmanship before approval for dispatch.
Each sculpture is securely wrapped with protective materials and custom wooden crates to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage during domestic or international shipping.
